Return & Exchange Policy

At APB CULT, we are committed to delivering quality products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist with an exchange or replacement.

Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.

Requests submitted after 3 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return or exchange.

No Refund Policy

APB CULT does not offer refunds for any orders.

We only provide:

  • Product Replacement

  • Size Exchange

  • Product Exchange (subject to availability)

No monetary refunds will be issued once an order has been placed and delivered.

Eligibility for Exchange or Replacement

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Size Exchange

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct size is selected before placing an order by referring to the size chart provided on the product page.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products requested after the 3-day return window

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchange Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, exchanges or replacements are typically processed within 10–15 business days.
